We work in light rain — an oil change is a 30-minute job and we carry tarps. In heavy rain or thunderstorms we'll reschedule you to the next dry slot at no charge. You decide.
No. Leave the keys under the mat if you trust us (most do). We send six photos and a text receipt when we’re done. The truck has its own jack and supplies — we don't need access to your house.
We carry commercial general-liability and garage-keepers insurance covering damage to your vehicle and your property. If we damage your vehicle or driveway, we handle the claim — you don’t go through your own insurer.
